Double materiality, ESRS structure and value-chain disclosure under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
Corporate ESG · Supply Chain · Regulatory Strategy
I design frameworks that transform environmental data into clear, strategic business decisions.
Expertise
Double materiality, ESRS structure and value-chain disclosure under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
An impact methodology grounded in SBTN planetary boundaries, translated into investment-grade metrics tied to ROI.
Emissions and lifecycle data synthesized across global textile supply chains into a framework linking impact to financial viability.
Statutory obligations, ecomodulation structures and covered materials mapped across states with pinpoint citations.

The challenge
Regulatory extraction sits at the foundation of every EPR program decision, and it is slow, high-stakes and easy to get wrong. A single misread obligation can carry through into contracts, fee structures and facility plans.
The approach
I began with the analyses I had already produced by hand: statutory citation extraction, needs assessment synthesis, public comment analysis and stakeholder mapping. I took each one apart into its underlying reasoning, then rebuilt it as a reproducible AI prompt that returns the same traceable, citation-backed output every time.
Every prompt was validated by working backward from my finished manual work and checking each output against its source document. Only what held up entered the library.

Sample workflows
Generalized sample workflows that show how each analyst task is structured. Choose one to read it.

How I think & work
When sustainability is treated as goodwill, it lives in a cost center and depends on good intentions, so it is often the first budget reconsidered in a difficult quarter. Programs framed only as "the right thing to do" are easy to praise and just as easy to set aside.
Material waste is margin leakage. EPR fees and ecomodulation put a price on packaging decisions. Supplier emissions surface as regulatory exposure and cost of capital. Once the impact is priced, sustainability stops being a values debate and becomes a line item worth improving.
An economic case is only as strong as its least certain figure. I trace every number to its source, every requirement to its pinpoint citation, and every AI output to a document I can open. Audit-ready is not a final step; it is how the work is built.
Analysis only matters once it reaches the people who decide. I translate science, statute and supply chain data into ROI, risk and timelines, the terms that finance leaders, operators and program heads already use.
